Song and Dance Man and Star of Channel 10 Song and Dance TV Show ‘I Wíll Survive’. Davin became one of the most talked about characters whilst on the show, with his strong dance and vocals plus his humorous often snipy one-liners.
Davin is also the creator and star of the hit Australian stage show Le BalletROCK, GREASE FEVER SHOW which was nominated for BEST DANCE PRODUCTION IN AUSTRALIA IN 2012, plus the stage show PRISCILLA TO MOULIN ROUGE.
Davin has been in the entertainment industry since the age of three. He became a well known face in Australia when he was just 10 years old after making the Final 4 on Channel 10s hit TV Show Star Search and from that moment he was on his way.
He was offered a main role with the Sydney Theatre Co and Theatre of image Production of Carnival of the Animals in Sydney. He then appeared with the Lewis London Ballet in London with their production of Alice in Wonderland. He was a Guest performer on Channel 10′s Shaun Sheep Show and did a cameo appearance on another Channel 10 show It Goes.
He appeared with the Australian Ballet at the Sydney Opera House in Graeme Murphys Production of The Nutcracker and also with the Queensland Ballet.
In 1993 he was offered the lead role in the hard hitting play Just Once which he received Rave reviews from the harsh Sydney critics, followed by playing Charlie in the original Australian cast of the American play Marvins Room.
When Davin turned 16 he was offered a years contract at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast in the show Illusions. Davin returned to Sydney and produced his own cabaret show which gave Davin 2 Entertainment Mo Award nominations and an ACE Award Nomination. In 2004 Davin was inducted into the National Dance Championships Hall of Fame for the Dedication to Dance Award, which is one of the highest accolades for a dance teacher.
